Timbavati Game Reserve
The Timbavati Main Gate is used for access to all the Timbavati Lodges and Camps. Please do NOT use any other access points- in particular, there is no direct access from the Orpen Gate, Kruger (via Ngala Tented Camp)
The Timbavati Gate is open 24 hours a day, but you must aim to arrive in camp between 13h00 – 14h30. If you arrive later, you will miss your first safari activity.
Please do not arrive in the dark – it may not be easy to locate the camp.
Timbavati Reserve Fee’s:
R120.00 – Vehicle Entry Fee – payable in cash directly to the Timbavati Gate
R160.00 – Timbavati Conservation Levy (01 March 2012 – 28 Feb 2013)
R170.00 – Timbavati Conservation Levy (01 March 2013 – 28 Feb 2014)
Conservation levy payable in cash at Shindzela Camp
These are once off fee’s, not nightly fee’s
