In the case where you are still finalising your travel plans and flights, but would still like to hold space at Shindzela, we will happily provisionally book your accommodation, and you can let us know when you are ready to confirm your booking. In most cases we can provisionally hold space for you for a few days until you are ready to confirm.
Once your booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policies will apply. Please make sure you take out comprehensive travel insurance, which includes cover for cancellation. It is always a good idea to take out travel insurance for a trip abroad anyway.

20% non refundable deposit upon confirmation
Cancelled more than 31 Days prior to departure: loss of 20% of fare
Cancelled between 30-8 days prior to departure: loss of 60% of fare
Cancelled 7 days or less prior to departure: loss of full fare
Group Cancellation Policy (booking of 4 tents or more)
30% non refundable deposit upon confirmation
Cancelled more than 61 Days prior to departure: loss of 30% of fare
Cancelled between 60 – 31 days prior to departure: loss of 50% of fare
Cancelled 30 – 16 days prior to departure: loss of 60% fare
Cancelled 15 days or less prior to departure: loss of full fare
