Timbavati Reserve Fees: (Subject to change without notice)
Timbavati Conservation Fee 2024: The Conservation Levy is used entirely for the funding of the operational activities of the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve. This includes 10% for community development projects through the Timbavati Foundation. The fee amounts to R370.00 per person per night.
Timbavati Reserve Fees 2025: (subject to change without notice) – please check with reservations. R 410.00 per person per night Conservation Levy – applicable to Shindzela Tented Camp only. R 310.00 per child per night Conservation Levy – applicable to Shindzela Tented Camp only. R TBA per vehicle entry fee.
Timbavati Vehicle Entry Fee: R 280.00 per vehicle once off, to be settled in cash or card at the Reserve Gate. When booking a transfer, this fee will be included automatically.
Check in: Between 12:00 and 14:00, enjoy lunch before embarking on your afternoon game drive.
Check out: At 11:00, after your morning game drive and breakfast.

Landing fees of R 145.00 per person one way, is excluded from the fare for Shindzela and Thabamati.

Please note that departure times from lodges could depart on the hour or with a 30min delay, therefore it is recommended not to book connecting flights departing before 16h30 international, 15h00 domestic.

Arriving at Thabamati airstrip for Shindzela, an additional collection transfer of R500 for the vehicle will be added.
